Before Facebook new design, it was easier to create an app. But after their new design, it was difficult work to create a new Facebook app for some people. Follow below instructions respectively to create your app.

3. Click My App
4. Click Add a New App

Now you would see a pop out box to to create the Facebook app. Select a Platform to get started and choose any platform ,
5. I select Website Platform
6. Give any name for your App ID
7. Click on Creat New Facebook ID
Now you would see pop out box
8. Choose a Category
9. Select App for Pages
10. Click Creat App ID
just follow as below picture
11. Give your URL//
12. Click on Next
13. You are almost Done now go scroll down your page you can see Next Steps ,
14. Click Skip to Developer Dashboard
15. You can see your Facebook App ID .
Go to your Dashboard and save the App ID and app secret on your computer.

2. Click Developers

Congratulation you got your Facebook App ID
